Shine Wash & Wax Soap - Gallon
Also available in:
WASH & PROTECT. MADE SIMPLE.
This low-foaming, pH-balanced wash formula is designed specifically for vehicles protected with waxes and sealants. Shine Soap safely removes dirt and light road film while extending the life of existing protection rather than breaking it down like harsh or low-quality soaps can. Built with premium raw materials and infused with wax polymers, Shine Soap gently cleans while reinforcing gloss and maintaining the protection already on the surface. The low-foam design allows for faster rinsing and reduced water usage, making it ideal for at-home enthusiasts and maintenance-focused detailers alike.
- Wash & protect in one step: Cleans safely while supporting and extending existing wax or sealant protection.
- Wax-safe chemistry: Designed to maintain waxes and sealants without prematurely breaking them down.
- Low-foam, fast rinse: Rinses quickly and easily, helping save time and water during your wash process.
- Water-softening agents: Drastically reduce water spotting on paint, chrome, and glass.
- Maintenance-focused: Ideal for routine washes on well-maintained vehicles with wax or sealant protection.
- Not for ceramic coatings: The wax polymers in Shine Soap aren't right for ceramic-coated vehicles. Use Shift Soap for ongoing ceramic coating maintenance.
- Not designed for heavy cleaning: For neglected or heavily soiled vehicles, use Hotshot Soap or a Hole Shot pre-wash first.

Detailer Tips
- Top up your wax or sealant on schedule. Shine Soap reinforces existing protection but doesn't replace it. Plan to re-apply your wax or sealant when its life cycle is up.
- Low foam is a feature, not a tradeoff. Faster rinsing means less water on the vehicle, shorter time soap spends drying on panels, and a more efficient wash overall.
- Use Hotshot for prep, Shift for ceramic. Shine is for wax and sealant cars specifically. Other vehicles get a different soap — Hotshot for paint prep before coating, Shift for ongoing ceramic coating maintenance.
- Start with a pre-wash on heavily soiled cars. Shine is a maintenance wash, not a heavy cleaner. Hose off heavy mud or road film with Hole Shot before the contact wash.
- Work top-down. Top panels see less dirt than rocker panels and lower trim. Starting at the top keeps your wash media cleaner for longer.
