SHIPPING DELAYS POLICY

Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Shine Supply is no longer in direct control of its delivery timeline. While transit delays are rare, they can happen, and when they do, we’re here to help.

If your tracking information has shown no movement for 7 days or more, please contact our team right away. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate, file a lost package claim if necessary, and make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do everything we can to get your products into your hands.

SHINE SUPPLY WARRANTY POLICY

At Shine Supply, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and applies when products are used as intended. While we’re committed to your satisfaction, please note the following conditions:

  • Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

  • Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, alterations, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.

  • Consumables: Items like towels, pads, and applicators are covered for the duration of their expected functional lifespan.

  • Ownership: Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process any warranty claim.

In some cases, partial credit or store credit may be offered in lieu of a full replacement, especially for products returned in poor condition due to misuse.

We’re here to make things right—if you have concerns about a product, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.


RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you ordered—but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

General Returns

Most unopened or gently used items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be approved by our customer support team.

Your Options

Once your return is reviewed and approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement for the same item

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • A store credit for future use

Apparel

We accept returns or exchanges on apparel that is unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Apparel returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

International Returns

We do accept international returns. However, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate an international return, please request an RMA form by emailing info@shinesupply.com.
