A ceramic coating is only as good as the way you wash it. The wrong soap and the wrong towels will kill the performance of a good coating long before it should fade. This kit is the maintenance side of coating ownership: Shift to wash it safely, Punch It to boost the coating after the wash, Ignition for the touch ups in between, and five Cosmo towels so you always have clean microfiber in your hand. Available with or without The Foam Thrower depending on whether you already own a cannon.
Shift is the only soap that belongs on a coating: A pH neutral, high lubrication wash formula built specifically for ceramic coated paint, vinyl wrap, and PPF. No waxes or gloss fillers that sit on top of the coating and choke the hydrophobics.
Punch It is your booster: A silica based ceramic detail spray that lays a fresh layer of SiO2 over the coating. Use it after every wash if you want, and at minimum once a month or every other wash to keep the coating topped up.
Ignition is your in between: A ceramic infused waterless wash and detail spray for light dust and quick wipe downs between washes. Adds slickness, gloss, and hydrophobics, and doubles as a final wipe after the Punch It step.
Five Cosmo towels, not two: The Cosmo is 600gsm circular knit microfiber and the softest thing we put on paint. Edgeless and tag free. Five of them means you never run out of clean sides on a coated car.
Add the cannon or bring your own: The Foam Thrower option lays a Shift foam blanket over the vehicle before you touch it, which is the safest way to wash a coated car. Skip it if you already run a cannon.
Wash tools not included: We run the two bucket method with the Flat Out Wash Pads on the upper panels and the Block Party wash block on the lower sections. Both sold separately and both worth having on a coated vehicle.
Set up two buckets. One wash bucket with 2 to 4 oz of Shift and all four Flat Out pads soaking in it, one rinse bucket with clean water. Grit guards in both if you have them.
Rinse the vehicle. Top down, knocking off the loose dirt before you make contact.
Foam it, if you have the cannon. Add 2 to 4 oz of Shift to The Foam Thrower and lay a foam blanket over the vehicle. Let it dwell and lift the dirt off the surface before any contact.
Upper panels, two panels per pad. The Flat Out pads are double sided, so each one covers two panels. Wash a panel with one side, flip to the clean side, wash a second panel, then drop that pad in the rinse bucket and pull a fresh one out of the soap. Work top down.
Recharge when you run out. Once all four pads are in the rinse bucket, rinse them out there, drop them back into the soap bucket, and keep going. The dirty pad never goes back on the paint and the grit never gets into your soap.
Lower sections with the Block Party. Switch tools for the rockers, lower doors, and bumpers. That is where the heavy grit lives, and a dedicated block means it never touches your upper panels.
Final rinse. Sheet the water off from the top down.
Dry and boost with Punch It. Two ways to do it. Use it as a drying aid by misting Punch It onto the wet panel and drying it off with a Cosmo, or dry the vehicle first and then spray Punch It onto a Cosmo and wipe panel by panel, flipping to a dry side to level.
Finish with Ignition. A final wipe with Ignition on a fresh Cosmo adds another layer of slickness, gloss, and water behavior on top of the Punch It.
Method 2: In Between Touch Ups
For a coated vehicle that has picked up light dust since the last wash.
Spray Ignition onto a folded Cosmo. Not onto the panel.
Lift the dust, don't rub it in. Straight passes, light pressure, working top down.
Flip after every panel. Turn to a clean side so you are never dragging the last panel's dust across the next one.

Punch it, Throttle, Ignition and shift have all come through like champions. Received several compliments at local car meets about how well detailed my car is. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you are incorporating the proper products. They have made a lifelong customer out of me.
Absolutely amazing! This works great on my ceramic car. It looks so shiny and sleek! Everything on this set truly delivers, it also smells so good. Can’t wait to try the rest of their products.
I am using your product after system X was applied professionally. Used Ignition as a wet clean over surface, Buddha Belly on belly then Punch It over entire surface. Am maintaining a classic Bonanza paint job long into my ownership. Thanks.
Had a ceramic coat on my new Chevy ZR2 Bison and was recommended by my detailer to check out Shine Supply. Very impressed with all their products. The Shift soap, works amazing with my foam gun. My favorite though is Ignite for waterless quick cleaning. It’s removes everything off my truck with ease and looks mint afterwards.
Recently had my car ceramic coated (including two passes of paint restoration). When I asked about maintaining the finish, I was directed to Shine Supply. So I purchased the Ceramic Maintenance Kit, started using Ignition with the supplied cloths and was immediately impressed. After a couple of weeks I had reason to do a wash and was also impressed - with Shift and then with Punch-It after drying. Easy to use and beautiful results!
All you have to do is follow the steps! Shift soap . Wipe down with some punch and ice the cake with the ignition. This ceramic coat is 18 months old but looks better than the day it was laid down. Shine Supply makes the avg joe drive way guru look like a pro ……. I will use these products for life and teach my kids how to properly maintain a vehicles paint . Check out this 23 Escalade.
