Undercarriage Cleaning & Conditioning Kit

Sale price$55.00

RESET THE UNDERSIDE.

The undercarriage takes more abuse than anything else on your ride and gets the least attention. This two step kit handles both ends of the job: cleans off salt, road film, and built up grime, then conditions the rubber, plastic, and exposed components underneath so they stop looking dry and faded. Works across wheel wells, frame rails, shocks, control arms, splash guards, and fender liners.

  • Two step system: Solution breaks down road grime, salt, and old dressing. Classy Chassis conditions, restores, and protects the surfaces underneath. That's the whole process.
  • Solvent based, not water based: Most tire dressings people reach for on undercarriage work are water based, they look good for a drive and then wash away. Classy Chassis is solvent based, so it actually bonds into the surface and holds up to road spray and weather instead of rinsing off.
  • Built to reach the buildup: The kit now includes The Reacher, our long handle fender well brush. The extended handle and medium stiff bristles give you the leverage to get into wheel wells, suspension components, and tight undercarriage spots that a standard brush can't touch.
  • Works on the components that actually need it: Wheel wells, frame, exhaust shielding, shocks, control arms, exposed suspension, plastic fender liners, and splash guards.
  • Black applicator pad for clean application: Levels Classy Chassis into the surface so it sets up evenly instead of leaving greasy spots.

Kit includes:

How to Use

Step 1: Clean

  1. Rinse the undercarriage thoroughly to knock off loose debris and dust.
  2. Spray Solution directly onto wheel wells, frame, shocks, and any other components you're cleaning.
  3. Agitate with The Reacher, letting the long handle do the work as you get into fender wells, around suspension, and into the tight spots behind shielding. Work one zone at a time so the product doesn't dry.
  4. Rinse off the product and the grime it pulled up.
  5. Towel dry or use a blower to push water out of tight spots.

Step 2: Condition

  1. Spray Classy Chassis directly onto the clean, dry undercarriage surfaces.
  2. Let it soak and set up for 10 to 15 minutes. This is where the conditioning actually happens.
  3. Use the black applicator pad to level any excess that hasn't absorbed into the surface.
  4. Done. The components should look restored, not greasy.

Detailer Tips

  • Cool surfaces only. Hot exhaust or hot suspension will flash Solution before it can break anything down.
  • Working with hard water? Go in sections so Solution doesn't dry on the surface and leave spots before you can rinse.
  • Heavy grime or debris? You may need to run Solution through more than once to fully clean the surface.
  • Any Classy Chassis overspray on paint wipes right off with detail spray, no stress if a little lands on clear coat or trim.
  • A small paintbrush works great for leveling Classy Chassis. It gets into textured spots and tight corners better than the applicator pad.
