Beadlock Wheel & Suspension Ceramic Coating Kit
Your wheels take the most abuse. BEADLOCK is their armor.
This high-temp ceramic coating lays down a tough, flexible layer that shields your wheels and suspension from brake dust, grime, and UV damage. Built with SiO₂ (the same component that gives glass its hardness) blended with elastic polymers, BEADLOCK creates a durable, hydrophobic surface that flexes with the metal instead of cracking.
Safe for all finishes - raw metal, chrome, powder coat, anodized, painted, and polished aluminum.
How It Works
BEADLOCK outperforms waxes and sealants because it cures into a hardened layer that absorbs impacts while resisting heat, dirt, and UV damage.
-
Durability: About 1 year with proper maintenance. Harsh conditions (snow, salt, off-road) may need reapplication in spring.
-
Maintenance: Clean with Shift Soap, Cool Guy (as needed), and boost with Punch-It. Avoid harsh cleaners to extend life.
-
Polished Aluminum: Excellent on American Force or Alcoa wheels. Reapply twice yearly due to porosity. Maintain with Cloud9 + Throw Back before recoating. Use Eco Shine or Shine Soap for cleaning (avoid Punch-It or Clutch).

Quick Application (3 Steps)
-
Clean surface with Throw Back paint cleanser.
-
Apply BEADLOCK with an applicator pad (rainbows in ~1 min).
-
Let set for minimum 5 min, then wipe clear with a microfiber.
Directions
-
Clean the surface thoroughly with Throw Back paint cleanser.
-
Shake BEADLOCK well.
-
Spray onto the surface or directly onto the applicator pad.
-
Spread evenly with the applicator pad. The coating will begin to “rainbow” within about a minute.
-
Let the coating set up for a minimum of 5 minutes, then wipe off with a clean microfiber. Use a fresh side or second towel for an even finish.
Pro Tips
-
Cover rotors or unwanted areas with a towel to avoid over-spray.
-
An 80ml bottle coats roughly 4–6 sets of wheels (depending on size).
-
Swipe Test: Before removal, wrap two fingers with a microfiber and swipe the surface. If it breaks clear (not smeary), the coating is ready to wipe.
Maintenance
-
Use Cool Guy only if heavy brake dust builds up - otherwise, Shift Soap and water are all you need.
-
Clean and agitate the wheel surface with Detail Factory brushes to safely lift grime without harming the coating.
-
After each wash, apply Punch-It to keep the surface slick, glossy, and hydrophobic.
