Leather & Interior Cleaner - 16 oz

One bottle, every surface

Clean with confidence

$18.0016 oz

65 reviews

Most people own an interior cleaner they are nervous to use on half their car. This one is pH balanced and non toxic, built on emulsifier technology that pulls dirt out of the surface instead of smearing it around.

The same bottle handles the steering wheel, the dash, the door panels and the seats, whatever they happen to be made of.

  • Safe on leather and Alcantara
  • Safe on suede, the stuff most products warn you away from
  • Plastic, vinyl, dash and door panels
  • Spot cleaning the carpet
  • Zero shine finish, so no greasy dash

Doing more than one vehicle? The gallon is $46.00

  • pH balanced and non toxic
  • Ships in 1 to 2 business days
  • Made in Ventura, California

Never heard of us?

A family business, not a brand

Jeremy Stevens started detailing in 1996 and built Shine Supply out of the family garage in 2008. His two sons work alongside him today, and it is still run out of one shop in Ventura, California. It has never been sold to private equity and it never will be.

Step two

Then pick your finish

The cleaner preps the surface but it does not feed it. What you follow with decides how the interior looks when you are done, from dead flat to properly conditioned.

How it is done

Clean it, then feed it

This is the order we run in our own detail shop, and the step most people skip is the last one.

1

Vacuum first

Get the loose dirt and grit out before anything wet goes on a panel. Otherwise you are just making mud and working it into the texture.

2

Spray the brush, not the car

Spray Leather & Interior Cleaner onto the brush or the towel. That keeps product off delicate leather and stops overspray landing on the glass and the trim.

3

Agitate, then wipe

Scrub the panel to lift the dirt out of the texture, then wipe the residue off with a clean microfiber. On suede and Alcantara, agitate lightly and brush the fibers back up with a soft brush.

4

Put something back

Cleaning strips the surface. Leather Conditioner on the seats, and Cruise, Clean N Shine or Dressed Up on everything else depending on the finish you want.

Before you order

Questions we get

Is it really safe on suede and Alcantara?

Yes. It is pH balanced and non toxic, which is exactly why it can go on the surfaces most products warn you away from.

The technique matters though. Spray it into a microfiber towel, agitate the material lightly rather than scrubbing it, then brush the fibers back up with a soft brush so the nap does not stay matted down.

Matte, satin or conditioned? How do I pick?

Cruise is dead flat, the factory look, nothing shiny. Clean N Shine is satin, a little more life in it. Both of those clean and condition in one step.

Dressed Up is the heaviest conditioner of the three, so reach for it when plastics and vinyl have actually dried out or faded. It carries a UV blocker to slow that down, and it is anti static so dust does not settle back on as fast.

Do I need a cleaner and a conditioner, or just one?

If the interior is only dusty, one of the one step products will do the whole job on its own.

If it is actually dirty, clean it first. Leather & Interior Cleaner is a cleaner, not a conditioner. It preps the surface and leaves it bare, which is the point, and then you put something back into it.

Will this leave my dash greasy or shiny?

Not from the cleaner. Leather & Interior Cleaner finishes with zero shine on purpose, which is why a lot of shops use it as their one step wipe down for customers who do not want a glossy dash.

How much sheen you end up with is decided by what you follow it with, and Cruise exists specifically for people who want none.

Why does my leather crack even though I clean it?

Because cleaning on its own dries leather out. Every time you clean it you strip oils out of the surface, and if nothing goes back in, that is what leads to stiffness and cracking down the road.

Clean it, then condition it. That is the whole routine.

Who actually owns Shine Supply?

Jeremy Stevens. He got into detailing in 1996, started Shine Supply out of the family garage in 2008, and it has grown into what it is today. Two of his boys work alongside him, and the rest of the team has been with us a long time.

No private equity, no parent company. Just the family and the people we work with every day.

What if I have questions before I order?

Call us at 805-535-4332. You will talk to a real person every single time. You can also email Info@shinesupply.com and someone will get back to you.

Customer service is the foundation of this whole company. Ask us anything before you spend a dollar.

Can I buy this on Amazon?

No, and that is intentional. Staying off Amazon lets us keep full control over the experience and the connection to our customers.

It also protects our reputation and the reputation of the dealers who carry our product and use it to provide for their families. We want them to have full ownership of that. shinesupply.com is the only place to get it.
